Contient un extrait de presse (Journal de Bruxelles, 02.10.1908). En 1908, la salle de photographies comprend deux sections : a) les archives photographiques et b) les photographies exposées au public. Les archives photographiques consistent en une douzaine de meubles à tiroirs contenant les photographies par musée (surtout écoles étrangères). La section des expositions photographiques connaît également un grand succès. Des photographies inscrites à l’inventaire général des collections semblent avoir été perdues. Par ailleurs de nombreuses photographies prêtées naguère à MM Fétis, Slingeneyer, Haulleville et Van Overloop demeurent introuvables. Démarches pour retrouver ces photographies perdues. Une pièce datée 24 juin 1909 concerne le Bréviaire Grimani.
