Le tableau de Hobbema a été emporté en Angleterre par Mme Harrington et est, depuis, passé dans de nombreuses collections. Cela fait trente ans que le Musée poursuit ce tableau. Quant au tableau de Ryckaert, Stephan Bourgeois l’a acquis à Berlin, à la vente de la collection [Stierstorpf ?].
